With Reece’s extensive 22 years of experience in human resources and Jayla’s fresh perspective from her 3-year journey in HR and leadership, HR Kickback is more than just a network—it’s a movement.

 

Our Mission: To carve out a transformative space for women in human resources—a place where wisdom flows freely, education breeds opportunity, and authentic experiences lead to career growth. At HR Kickback, we understand that despite the strides made in workplace diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), there remain gaps that traditional corporate structures can't always bridge. Reece and Jayla have experienced these challenges firsthand and have transformed their insights into action—creating a sanctuary that empowers, educates, and embraces the unique talents of every member.

What We Do: We hold space for YOU - the most authentic you. It’s about building a support system where advice, experiences, and strategies are exchanged openly. We focus on professional development that’s intertwined with spiritual nourishment and balance, ensuring that every session not only teaches but also touches.
